My upcoming fantasy adventure novel This Is Where The Future Bleeds is up for pre-orders! Pre-orders are important because they give publishers an idea of how many books they need to print, and also means they have an early idea that the project they’ve put a bunch of money into isn’t going to fall flat out of the gate, which makes them more positively-disposed to the author in question. And in this case the author is me, so I am understandably invested in this procedure.

If you’re in the UK, you’ll be pleased to know that Forbidden Planet is currently doing a DISCOUNT on pre-orders, meaning that you can purchase the paperback for a mere £6.99, which let’s face it, is pretty darn good for a physical book of any sort in today’s economy. If you’d like to be very kind to me, you can pre-order it from them here.
American readers, on the other hand, are very welcome to pre-order copies from Barnes & Noble, and can do that here.
Other retailers are available! If you’re going to use bookshop.org then maybe you’d be kind enough to direct it to Portal Bookshop in York, if you don’t have a particular preference of your own? They’re friends of mine, and it’s a great, LGBTQ+centric place.
I am hugely excited that we are motoring towards the release of this novel, late June though that is, and I’m really looking forward to it being out in the world. Thank you so much, if you’re putting a pre-order down: it genuinely means a lot.
In the meantime: it’s EasterCon in a month! Who will I be seeing there?
